Datawindow Detail under Footer

Hey Team,

Here is one I have not seen. I have a button in a datawindow footer. Depending on some activity in the datawindow, the detail is recognized and in focus UNDER the footer. When this happens, a row double click (on the footer) will handle the row under the footer, and the button press is ignored even though a mousemove dwo.name reveals the cursor thinks it is on the button.

Any ideas how or why? I'd rather correct this then pull the button out of the datawindow!
