Powerbuilder 11.5.
I put a dotted line in my report (added one to the top as example). In the preview it shows as a solid line and printed on paper it is solid as well.
If I flip the two color properties so that the background color is black and the pen color is white, then it shows correctly in design and preview but prints nothing (I suspect white on white) on the paper print. White on white should be invisible but actually shows up as b/w on design and preview but again prints as white.
What can I do to get consistent dotted lines from design to preview to print?
