Auto-Magically need to add copyRight

I need to add a copyRight header to all the methods and events in an object in PowerBuilder.  I could have sworn someone like Roland Smith (or one of the other PB "old-timers" ) had written a utility like this, but for the life of me can't find one.  Anyone know of the existence of such a utility?
