creating a scaling gui with pb 12.5

Hi.  Does anyone know a product or technique for creating a user interface that will 1. automatically scale for screen resolution; and 2. will allow all components on a window to scale proportionately, to the size of the window?  In other words, if the user enlarges or reduces window size, all components on the window will scale proportionately.  

We are using PB 12.5.
