Application NOT IDE runnable or debuggable but does run as EXE??

Hi All,

Wondering if you have ever seen anything like this. An Application run 100% fine when deployed as p-code EXE but cannot be run (Ctrl-R) or Debugged (Ctrl-D) in IDE.  Symptoms (El Kabong!)

If you have how did you cure it?
