Bar Chart to show 0 value and count on top

Hi All,

With PB12.5 (Classic) here.

I have 2 questions here:

1. How to o add count of record on top of the bar chart. Possible with Powerbuilder and not third party ActiveX controls? And How?

2. How to include 0 value in the bar chart (As pointed with red arrow)?
