Hi guys, I need help.
Our applications are written in PowerBuilder 12.5 classic. The database is Sybase ASA 9.0.2.
Databases are installed on Win7 boxes. Workstations could be WinXP-32 or Win7-64.
The same applications work fine on WinXP boxes. However, it is getting slower and slower on Win7 boxes. When applications are running slower on Win7 server, WinXP workstations are still having good performance. That tells that it is not database issue.
Closing the applications on Win7 box and then restart them does not resolve the performance issue. We have to reboot he machine. And then everything back to normal. But after a few hours, it get slower again.
Any one has been seeing this kind of issue before or you have any suggestion to help me find the root cause?
